After obtaining an honours degree in Psychology in 2002, I obtained diplomas in Counselling and Life Coaching. I am an Accredited Play Therapist having a Postgraduate Diploma in Practice Based Play Therapy. I am also a cognitive behavioural therapy practitioner (CBT). I have been a CRUSE bereavement volunteer since 2003 working with adults and children. I helped set up the children's services and also work as a supervisor and a trainer for this agency and am a committee member. I am a member of PTUK (Play therapy UK) and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) and work under their ethical framework.
